In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. And we do this personally: Walter is responsible for the cuisine while Paul, Erika and Walter look after the service.
We serve typical specialities from South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine
. For the production of meals we mainly use products from our own garden or from nearby farmers. It is important for us to use regional products
and food of the highest quality.
Our dumpling and game specialities
can be especially recommended… and the latter are hunted by the host personally. Enjoy your meal!
